This page allows users of the Mosabaqat app to request deletion of their account and the data associated with it.
How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please send an email from the same email address used for your account in the app to:

In the email body, please include the email address linked to your account in the app and any information that helps us verify account ownership.
Data That Will Be Deleted
After accepting the deletion request and verifying account ownership, we will delete or unlink the following data as much as possible:
- Basic account data such as name, email address, and user identifier.
- Login data linked to the account inside the app.
- Coins balance and data related to account usage inside the app.
- Competition results, progress, and activity history linked to the account.
- Notification tokens linked to the user's device, if any.
Data That May Be Temporarily Retained
We may retain some data for a limited period if necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational requirements. Once this data is no longer needed, it will be deleted or made unlinked from the user as much as possible.
Request Processing Time
We will try to process account deletion requests within a reasonable time, and we may need to contact you to verify account ownership before carrying out the deletion.
Important Notes
- After account deletion, you may not be able to recover your data, progress, or coins balance.
- If you signed in using Google or Apple, you may also need to manage permissions from your Google or Apple account.
- Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or data from our servers. You must send an account deletion request as explained above.

تتيح هذه الصفحة لمستخدمي تطبيق مسابقات طلب حذف حسابهم والبيانات المرتبطة به.
كيفية طلب حذف الحساب
لطلب حذف حسابك، يرجى إرسال بريد إلكتروني من نفس البريد المستخدم في حسابك داخل التطبيق إلى البريد التالي:

وفي نص الرسالة، يرجى كتابة البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك في التطبيق، وأي معلومات تساعدنا على التحقق من ملكية الحساب.
البيانات التي سيتم حذفها
عند قبول طلب الحذف والتحقق من ملكية الحساب، سنقوم بحذف أو إلغاء ربط البيانات التالية قدر الإمكان:
- بيانات الحساب الأساسية مثل الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف المستخدم.
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول المرتبطة بالحساب داخل التطبيق.
- رصيد الكوينز والبيانات المرتبطة باستخدام الحساب داخل التطبيق.
- نتائج المسابقات، التقدم، وسجل النشاط المرتبط بالحساب.
- رموز الإشعارات المرتبطة بجهاز المستخدم، إن وجدت.
البيانات التي قد يتم الاحتفاظ بها مؤقتًا
قد نحتفظ ببعض البيانات لفترة محدودة إذا كان ذلك ضروريًا لأسباب قانونية، أمنية، منع الاحتيال، حل النزاعات، أو الالتزام بمتطلبات تشغيلية مشروعة. بعد انتهاء الحاجة لهذه البيانات، سيتم حذفها أو جعلها غير مرتبطة بالمستخدم قدر الإمكان.
مدة معالجة الطلب
سنحاول معالجة طلب حذف الحساب خلال مدة معقولة، وقد نحتاج إلى التواصل معك للتحقق من ملكية الحساب قبل تنفيذ الحذف.
ملاحظات مهمة
- بعد حذف الحساب، قد لا تتمكن من استرجاع بياناتك أو تقدمك أو رصيد الكوينز.
- إذا سجّلت الدخول باستخدام Google أو Apple، فقد تحتاج أيضًا إلى إدارة الأذونات من حساب Google أو Apple الخاص بك.
- حذف التطبيق من جهازك لا يعني حذف حسابك أو بياناتك من خوادمنا. يجب إرسال طلب حذف الحساب كما هو موضح أعلاه.
